Comment pin

Place pins with text to annotate specific board locations.

What it is for

Localized feedback in team reviews.

Open the Comments/annotations (+) dropdown and choose comment pin (shortcut M).
Click on the canvas to place the pin and write the message.
To restrict a pin to the Studio team (guests and external collaborators cannot see it), select it and tap «Mark team only» in the floating bar (board owner on a Studio plan). That also clears «Visible to client».
From the mobile captures inbox you can pin or link photos, comments, and voice notes to a pin (new or existing); see «Mobile inbox ↔ canvas pins».

One pin can group several inbox captures; Resolved requires all linked captures to be reviewed.
This is internal team feedback: the client does not see it on their review link. See «Team feedback (collaborators)».
